“Measure to improve”: this is the principle behind the first Sustainability Report of Industrie Celtex, presented on Wedsneday, Novembre 17th during a dedicated meeting with all company employees.

The document tells the story of a commitment built over time, based on concrete and responsible choiches, and represents an asset through which the company clearly defines and communicates its vision: care for people, environmental stewardship and the strength of its industrial model. Prepared with the methodological support of Deloitte, the Sustainability Report was created with the aim of consolidating an increasingly structured and transparent approach to ESG topics.

For Industrie Celtex, this first report stands for:

• transparency towards employees, customers and partners;
• measurement of real impacts (energy, emissions, recycling, safety);
• continuous improvement as a working method.

An important milestone, but above all the beginning of a path focused on sustainable growth and the creation of long-term value.
