The protection of people and full respect for ethical and moral principles during the performance of all activities are the basis of the Industrie Celtex philosophy.
In line with the same values, (It.) Legislative Decree 24/2023, implementing European Directive 2019/1937, operates in regulating “the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws”. In compliance with the requirements, Industrie Celtex has implemented a Whistleblowing system, through which each internal collaborator or external stakeholder is entitled to report any acts or conduct that violate national and European Union regulations, as well as the provisions of the Organisation Model, the Code of Ethics and the corporate guidelines adopted internally.
