The protection of people and full respect for ethical and moral principles during the performance of all activities are the basis of the Industrie Celtex philosophy. In line with the same values, (It.) Legislative Decree 24/2023 implementing European Directive 2019/1937, operates in regulating “the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws”. In compliance with the requirements, Industrie Celtex has implemented a Whistleblowing system, through which each internal collaborator or external stakeholder is entitled to report any acts or conduct that violate national and European Union regulations, as well as the provisions of the Organisation Model, the Code of Ethics and the corporate guidelines adopted internally.

Employees and third parties are encouraged to report any conduct or action they observe that is improper or contrary to the principles of legality, morality or to the company regulations. The possibility of making reports either confidentially or completely anonymously, as well as the guarantee that such reports will be treated with the utmost privacy, security and confidentiality, serve to safeguard the reporting person him- or herself, who is also assured protection against discriminatory or retaliatory acts. This is to encourage people to bring up issues that might otherwise not come up.

Anyone wishing to report a violation can make use of the various means that Industrie Celtex provides, starting with a dedicated IT platform.

Verbal form – meeting request

The reporting person may eventually request an in-person meeting with the SGS to present the report. In this case, an e-mail must be sent to the address of the Chairman of the Supervisory Body:
