GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION<\/strong> \u2013 Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679 of 27 April 2016
Industrie Celtex S.p.A.., as the Data Controller, informs you, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679\/2016 „General Data Protection Regulation” (hereinafter „Regulation”), that the personal data you provide will be processed as follows:<\/p>

1. Types of Data Processed<\/strong>
The following categories of data will be processed:
a) Common personal data, such as identification and contact details, photo, educational background, work experience and professional skills, data collected by our staff through public sources (e.g., LinkedIn).
b) Special categories of personal data (so-called sensitive data), strictly necessary for applying regulations that provide benefits, allowances and\/or rights (e.g., possible belonging to protected categories). Please note that, except for such information, no other special categories of personal data should be provided (such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, membership in political parties, trade unions, religious\/philosophical\/political organizations, or data concerning health and sexual life).<\/p>

2. Purpose of Processing<\/strong>
Personal data will be processed for purposes related to and instrumental in carrying out recruitment activities, including the assessment of your application, review of your qualifications, experience and skills, and the outcome of any interview.
Your data may also be used to assess your application not only for the position you applied for, but also for other current or future positions for which your profile may be suitable.<\/p>

3. Legal Basis, Provision, and Retention Period<\/strong>
The processing of data under point 1.a) is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in collecting information through public sources to properly assess your application. Providing this data is necessary to participate in any recruitment procedure. The processing of data under point 1.b) is necessary for fulfilling obligations and exercising specific rights of the Data Controller or the data subject in the field of labor law, social security and social protection. Failure to provide such data will prevent the recognition of potential benefits and\/or rights provided by applicable regulations. Personal data will be stored for no longer than 24 months.

4. Recipients of Personal Data<\/strong>
Your personal data will be processed by authorized personnel, properly trained and acting under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Data may also be processed by third parties providing support services, including recruitment services, email, and correspondence delivery.
Only the data strictly necessary for carrying out the respective functions will be communicated to these parties. The updated list of all recipients is available at the Data Controller\u2019s headquarters and can be provided upon request by writing to the following email address: privacy@celtex.it.<\/p>

5. Data Subject Rights<\/strong>
You are entitled to exercise at any time the rights provided under Chapter III of the Regulation. Specifically, you have the right to request from the Data Controller access to your personal data, their rectification or erasure, integration of incomplete data, restriction of processing, data portability in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to object fully or partially to the processing of your data, as well as any other rights recognized by applicable law. Pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the Regulation.
